TriesteVillas srl is an estate agency with its registered office in Trieste: it works as an estate agent in Italy under the group's brands. In Sappada we act as agents from Trieste: we do not have an office in Sappada. Today: Gathering and vetting sellers; in open dialogue with developers. Who we are and how we work.

The listings describe the homes as carefully as we can, but they are not a contractual offer: the documents and the viewing prevail. A price appears only if it is ours and confirmed; otherwise the listing says “on request”. Project previews show floor areas taken from the plans, as an indication.
