AI, cards on the table
On this site artificial intelligence has touched some images and all the translations. Here is the list, entry by entry: what was done, with which model, and what we started from. The viewing remains the only reference.

The rules we have set ourselves
Photo-by-photo declaration has applied on all the group's sites since October 2026. The other rules belong to this site.
- Every generated or reworked image or video carries the AI mark, and has its own line on this page.
- For photos of homes the declaration is photo by photo, and the label says how much was touched: light only, objects removed, simulation.
- A simulation is any photo in which the model drew something the shot did not show: even just a clear sky in place of rain.
- For images of the area and of projects there are three uses: correcting the light in a real photo, giving a real image another season, dressing a three-dimensional model built by us.
- The starting images are our own material or freely licensed: public domain, CC0, CC BY. Never licences that forbid derivative works or commercial use.
What we do not do
These are limits we have set ourselves, and you can check them page by page.
- A simulation is never the cover image of a home.
- A retouched photo does not go out without its line: if we cannot say what changed, the label says “under review”.
- We do not generate videos where a sign or a face could be invented.
- We do not use AI for the sun or the horizon: those are calculations. Where the model has reconstructed the sky or the peaks in a photo, the line says so, and the true profile of the mountains is the one calculated on the hamlet's page.
The register
The register compiles itself: it reads the same files the pages take their images from. An entry missing here cannot appear on the site with the AI mark, and vice versa.

What is not artificial intelligence
The sun calculations are geometry. The hours of sun, the time of first light and the horizon profile of each hamlet are calculated from the position of the sun and the digital terrain model. The method is stated, and so is its caveat: trees and buildings are not taken into account.
The relief, the distances and the market figures are data. They come from public sources, each with its date and its licence, and they are on the data page.
The drone footage is footage. Where an image of the valley is real, it carries the “real footage” mark.
Texts and translations

English, German and Slovenian are AI translations. They have not yet been reviewed by a native speaker, and we say so until that happens.

Valuations, negotiations, viewings, and responsibility for what we publish. If a caption does not match what you see at the viewing, the viewing is right: write to us and we will correct it.

How do I recognise an image that has passed through AI?
It carries the “AI” mark on the image. Next to it, or by tapping the mark, you can read what changed and with which model.
Can I see the original photo of a home?
Not yet. Originals are published alongside the retouched photos only after the seller has been told; until then the caption says what changed.
Are a hamlet's hours of sun an AI estimate?
No. They are a geometric calculation on the terrain model, with the method and the uncertainty written on each hamlet's page.
What we do not know
